If a human being does not want to be a liar in life nor he wants to face the truth, in such case it is better for him to remain "CHUPP".

Asha (Somi Ali) loves Avinash (Avinash Wadhavan) very much and wants to marry him but Avisnah refuses to marry her. Forced by the circumstances she marries a rich man Mr. Narang (Om Puri).

After the marriage Mr. Narang comes to know the affair between Asha and Avinash. Infuriated, frustrated Mr. Narang starts torturing Asha.

A dreaded criminal Rakesh (Jeetendra) escapes from jail and takes shelter at Asha's house one night and finds the body of Narang in a pool of blood. Rakesh again comes into the drag net of law.

Whether Rakesh succeeds himself in proving innocent?

Whether Narang is murdered by Avinash and Asha?
